D16x85mm Nylon Sleeve for Chemical Anchor Installation in Hollow Slabs and Bricks
The nylon sleeve is designed to hold anchor bolts and chemical anchors in perforated or hollow substrates, providing a secure non-expansion fixing. Made of lightweight plastic with a lattice structure, it effectively contains the chemical resin during installation. When setting an anchor stud in hollow substrates, the nylon sleeve stores the resin and ensures a reliable anchoring point. Its mesh design allows the resin to flow through into the voids of the substrate, and once cured, the resin distributes the load of the anchor stud safely and effectively. This design prevents expansion or cracking, even under heavy loads.
